Team Building Activity: Cooking Japanese Steakhouse Favorites

You and your team will feel like a group of sushi chefs and hibachi masters after this engaging team building activity. Chef Chericia will guide you through this menu of favorites from a classic Japanese steakhouse, teaching you valuable new culinary skills! Bring your team for a fun and flavorful bonding event.

To begin, you'll make spicy tuna and learn how to roll it up like an expert for a restaurant-worthy sushi appetizer. For the entrée, you'll make a petite filet steak or a fish, flavored with fresh herbs and butter. On the side, enjoy fluffy whipped garlic potatoes and spinach fried in a wok with peppers and sesame oil. To finish, you'll indulge in a sweet orange butter cake for dessert.
