Team Building Activity: Maki Making Extravaganza
In this hands-on team building activity with Chef Made Master, you and your team will work together and learn how to prepare three different types of maki rolls using fresh ingredients and traditional Japanese culinary techniques. You'll first learn how to prepare a colorful spicy tuna salad with avocado and black tobiko before diving into maki-making. After your appetizer, Chef Made Master will teach you the art of rolling maki, as you prepare a mixed vegetable uramaki and a tokabetsu double spicy salmon roll. Lastly, for a sweet sushi-dessert, you'll make a frushi maki roll featuring strawberry, kiwi, orange, coconut and nutella!
