Team Building Activity: Homemade Pizza for Teams
This hands-on team building activity centers around making everyone's favorite food: pizza!
The class begins by making a traditional antipasto platter, made with assorted meats, cheeses, olives and pickles to graze before the meal. Next, craft a refreshing Caesar salad topped with homemade focaccia croutons and a drizzle of creamy dressing. Then, you'll learn the time-honored recipe to make pizza dough from scratch, plus the technique to roll it out and shape it. Top it with your choice of sauces and toppings to customize your pizza creation. As it bakes, make homemade cannolis for dessert filled with a sweet and citrusy ricotta filling and finished with sweet chocolate chips. Bond outside the office while making a delicious meal!

Chef Tiffany arrived on time with all the supplies and materials she would need. She did an excellent job explaining what we were going to make, and how we were going to make it. She patiently answered all of our questions. Also very personable and a pleasure to work with. Very memorable experience. We would love to have her back again soon đź’•
