Ignite the spirit of competition as you learn to put your own spin on rich Italian dishes in this team building activity with Chef Desmond. Your team will get hands-on as they craft a traditional Italian meal, learning tricks of the trade all the way.
Break up into small groups and begin by making a juicy tomato and basil bruschetta before the main event. Excitement will rise as groups come together to craft their own pasta dough, shape it and serve it in a sauce of their own unique creation. Dishes will be judged on creative flair, presentation and overall taste. In the end, everyone will get to enjoy plenty of pasta and sweet lemon-y desserts. Your team will thank you later!

Chef Desmond was always so knowledgeable about the techniques and ingredients used in lab. He was an inspiration to learn from and always provided the right environment to be creative and grow in.
