In this interactive team building activity, you and your group will enjoy a cooking class full of mouthwatering dishes and interesting conversation. Chef Federico will teach you how to make three Italian recipes from scratch, beginning with a Sicilian-inspired couscous dish with mozzarella, sweet peppers and bright pesto. Then you'll learn how to make pappardelle pasta by hand and enjoy it with a hearty tomato sauce and perfectly-cooked tuna. Dessert is strawberry tiramisu, a delicous twist on the classic dessert.

Chef Federico developed his passion for cooking as a teenager in Italy, where he began his career as a waiter before working his way up to commercial restaurant manager. He continued on his culinary path after moving to the U.S. and now shares his skills with others in a variety of gastronomic experiences.
