Team Building Activity: Team-Building Sushi Skills and Culinary Creativity

Treat the team to a fun lesson in the beloved art of sushi-making with this team building activity. Chef Chericia will lead this engaging class and provide expert instruction on the complete method of creating beautiful sushi rolls.

Everyone in the group will learn how to prepare all of the necessary parts to a perfect sushi roll, starting with sushi rice. Then, Chef Chericia will give tips and techniques for selecting ingredients with balanced flavors and how to safely handle and cook with raw fish. After mastering a number of intricate rolls, including a surprise chef's specialty roll, teammates will get creative and create their very own artful sushi rolls.

Facilitate teamwork, creativity and camaraderie and let your group relax outside of the workplace with this team building activity. Plus, everyone will leave with fresh sushi and new skills!
