Team Building Activity: Sushi Tacos for the Team

Gather your group and join Chef Harold in this team building activity as you learn how to make a variety of sushi recipes. First up are sushi tacos prepared with seaweed, rice, tuna tartare and tobiko. Next, you'll choose between Temari sushi and crispy wonton cupcakes with tuna and salmon tartare. Then, move on to a spicy tuna roll and tempura hand rolls filled with either sweet potato or shrimp. End the evening with fruit coconut jelly featuring mango, berries and coconut milk.


If you’d like Chef Harold to travel to your location, he may accommodate larger groups. A kitchen is not required for guest locations, only access to a sink/running water is needed.

With berries, mango, coconut milk, sugar, salt and agar agar
