Team Building Activity: Creating Asian Fusions

Work together with your team to cook four creative dishes fusing Chinese, Thai and Korean cuisines in this team building activity. You'll learn authentic cooking techniques for preparing traditional ingredients as well as modern tips for adding a creative twist to the dishes. Some recipes you can look forward to preparing include hot and sour Thai soup with bay scallops, crunchy Korean-style chicken wings served with a sweet and sour sauce, purple potato rice cakes drenched in chocolate and more!

Pork Dumplings


Crunchy Chicken Wings

With potato starch, garlic powder and sweet and sour sauce


Drunken Noodles

With lobster, shrimp, chicken, onion, basil, bell pepper and jalapeño

With purple yams, coconut milk and cream

Chef Harold was a wonderful teacher and made the class so fun. I learned a lot about sushi and the proper way to prepare each ingredient. He even gave us a list of supermarket brands he would recommend if we were to copy the recipes at home. I would recommend this to friends, families and small groups!
