Team Building Activity: Creating Asian Fusions

Work together with your team to cook four creative dishes fusing Chinese, Thai and Korean cuisines in this team building activity. You'll learn authentic cooking techniques for preparing traditional ingredients as well as modern tips for adding a creative twist to the dishes. Some recipes you can look forward to preparing include hot and sour Thai soup with bay scallops, crunchy Korean-style chicken wings served with a sweet and sour sauce, purple potato rice cakes drenched in chocolate and more!

If you’d like Chef Harold to travel to your location, he may accommodate larger groups. A kitchen is not required for guest locations, only access to a sink/running water is needed.


Tom Yum Soup

Chef Harold was great! The food was delicious and it was overall a fun class. We impressed ourselves with how well our sushi turned out. The miso soup is demonstrated easily and then you get to make your own hand roll and 2 maki.
