Team Building Activity: Creating Asian Fusions

Work together with your team to cook four creative dishes fusing Chinese, Thai and Korean cuisines in this team building activity. You'll learn authentic cooking techniques for preparing traditional ingredients as well as modern tips for adding a creative twist to the dishes. Some recipes you can look forward to preparing include hot and sour Thai soup with bay scallops, crunchy Korean-style chicken wings served with a sweet and sour sauce, purple potato rice cakes drenched in chocolate and more!

If you’d like Chef Harold to travel to your location, he may accommodate larger groups. A kitchen is not required for guest locations, only access to a sink/running water is needed.

Went to Chef Harold’s sushi class and it was awesome! It was a perfect date night. It is very laid back and Chef Harold is a great teacher who has everything well prepared. I was shocked to at how well everything tasted. The sushi we made in class was some of the best I’ve had! It’s shocking how amazing sushi tastes when you eat it right after you roll it.
