Team Building Activity: Japanese Cooking Challenge With a Chef

Work together with your team to prepare a Japanese dinner party menu in this fun team building activity with Chef Harold. You'll use familiar and exotic ingredients and learn traditional Japanese cooking techniques as you prepare the meal together. Throughout the evening you and your team will learn how to prepare dishes like savory miso soup, a fresh and crunchy seasonal salad with tangy ginger dressing, and two kinds of sushi rolls. You'll also learn how to make a spicy tuna tempura nori topped with fresh mango salsa and cap off the meal with refreshing matcha green tea mochi ice cream.

If you’d like Chef Harold to travel to your location, he may accommodate larger groups. A kitchen is not required for guest locations, only access to a sink/running water is needed.

I wish we can get hands on to cook the food to get an idea when it’s done . It’s inconvenient to have him cook it and wait for it . The donuts doesn’t taste what is expected to be. I am a little disappointed.

Chef Harold was so nice and funny. He made sure we had a great time while also making sure to educate us on food safety. Food was great and experience was great. Would recommend to all!
