Team Building Activity: Fresh and Fun Asian Fare

Asian cuisine is fresh and fun, and so is a great team building activity to bring your group together. Join Chef Sara as she guides your group through a select course of Asian favorites. It all begins with a competition to fold the dish of lumpia, a Filipino appetizer similar to egg rolls. The second course guides you through the delicate art of frying tempura as your group prepares hakka noodles seasoned perfectly and served alongside meat and vegetables, and a side dish of coconut rice. The dessert will be as sweet as your bonding experience as the meal culminates with a creamy coconut pudding.
