Team Building Activity: The Ultimate Italian Cooking Competition
Increase communication and collaboration with a fun and challenging team building cooking class guided by a professional chef. Your team will face off in a Top Chef-inspired competition for the best looking and tasting Italian dishes.
They will begin with a fresh bruschetta crostini with pine nuts, tomatoes and herbs. Next, teams will be given a mystery basket with different types of meat to cook-off a delightful and savory main dish, complete with a variety of side options like seasonal vegetables. Teams will wrap up with a rich tiramisu gelato in place of celebratory champagne in the ultimate cook-off for best cooks in the office.

Vegetables: Tomatoes, mushrooms, carrots, celery roots or spinach
Spices: Cumin, cilantro, curry, nutmeg, honey, Sriracha and paprika
Legumes: String beans, pinto, borlotti, chickpeas or northern beans
Potatoes: Yukon, idaho, baby purple or fingerling
Fruit: Oranges, figs, apples, grapes or pineapple

We had the best time at our Recreate the Flavors of Latin America cooking class! Jarlien & Chef Albert were the best! There were 5 in our group and from the moment we stepped in Jarlien greeted us with a big smile and let us know what was in store for us during the class. We made guacamole, cilantro lime rice, shrimp skewers, corn tortilla chips, Chimichurri sauce, steak and at the end of our meal we had a beautiful flan. We chose to be "hands on" ( you have the option to watch the Chef or be "hands on"). We each took turns chopping, cooking, barbequeing, etc. Two of our friends celebrated their birthday at this class and said it was a 5 star experience. We all agreed! Thank you again Jarlien & Chef Albert!

We loved our class with Chef Roddy! He was so welcoming and the space was perfect. We had so much fun learning new techniques and he kept us engaged the entire time. I highly recommend this class to anyone that wants to develop their culinary skills and enjoy a night out!
