You'll learn how to make a trio of Italian favorites with an Argentinian-inspired twist, starting with fresh salmon tartare with capers and avocado. Next, Chef Gustavo will demonstrate how to make homemade dough before teaching you how to roll your dough into handmade sorrentinos — an Argentinean ravioli-like dish — stuffed with a creamy spinach and ricotta filling. Lastly, you'll learn how to make classic tiramisu from scratch using mascarpone cheese, ladyfingers and chocolate.

As a self-proclaimed foodie or Hispanic heritage - I had high expectations, and Chef Gustavo did not disappoint. Not only was the food orgasmically AMAZING but it was an evening filled with great conversation about culture, history, and so much more! The laughs were not scarce thanks to Chef Gustavo. I can't wait to do this again.
