Learn the art of Argentinian-Italian fusion cooking in this engaging team building activity with Chef Gustavo. You and your team will experience the magic that happens when culinary masterpieces from different cultures blend to create something new and wonderful. You'll learn how to make a trio of Italian favorites with an Argentinian-inspired twist, starting with fresh salmon tartare with capers and avocado. Next, Chef Gustavo will demonstrate how to make homemade dough before teaching you how to roll your dough into handmade sorrentinos — an Argentinean ravioli-like dish — stuffed with a creamy spinach and ricotta filling. Lastly, you'll learn how to make classic tiramisu from scratch using mascarpone cheese, ladyfingers and chocolate.
