In this engaging and exciting class, you and your team will learn how to master the art of sushi rolling and work together to craft a magnificent array of sushi creations using fresh, high-quality ingredients and advanced Japanese culinary techniques. Chef Made Master will guide you through the sushi-making process and teach you how to prepare a classy tuna carpaccio appetizer, as well as spicy salmon onigiri and a mesmerizing rainbow roll featuring tuna, salmon, cucumber and avocado. Your sushi-crafting extravaganza will end on a sweet note with your making a delicious mango mousse to enjoy for dessert.

We had an amazing experience at the chef’s home — from beginning to end. The chef created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, The class was perfectly paced, with a great balance of participation and savoring the moment. The food was authentic, unique, and top-notch.
