My friend and I went as a date night and we had a blast. Chef Gustavo explains everything so well and made it fun and easy. Everything tasted amazing. Make sure you come hungry because there was so much to eat. Also there is free 4 hr parking across the street by the field, which he recommended!

Chef Gustavo was wonderful! He educated us on not only the recipe but history, spices, and culture. Our class was at a brewery so it was difficult to hear (due to fans and 25 people). I would suggest half the class size and/or having a mic. It was also not covid-friendly. We were not asked to was our hands and/or wear disposable gloves (which we realized were on the table in a box). No hand sanitizer either. Everyone participated in the food prep by chopping and cutting. I’d suggest announcing about these factors prior to class starting. It also took two hours to finally eat. I would suggest pitchers of water with cups at each table plus tapas, cheese/crackers and/or appetizers. Lastly, we were not provided with the recipe of what we cooked. It’d be great to have a printed recipe so we can try at home.

We had an amazing experience with Chef Gustavo during "Grilling in Argentina." The food was delicious, and we all came away with new techniques to improve our own cooking. I enjoyed the setup of the class in Gustavo's home and appreciated the history and culture behind the food Gustavo brought to the table. No dessert on this one, but we all came away with full bellies and delicious leftovers.

Chef Gustavo is an amazing chef and teacher. Most notable is his emphasis on how the cooking experience is significant in both its flavors and connections made in the kitchen. He invites all into his kitchen as family and we could not have been more pleased with the evening.

I booked Fusion Date Night with Chef Gustavo for my fiance's birthday - and what an incredible experience!! Chef Gustavo is a true professional, who has years of culinary experience. He taught us many techniques and the food was absolutely delicious (I'm still dreaming about the salmon!). For dessert, we made crepes, with apples and dulce de leche, and had a blast learning to pan flip them. This is a wonderful experience that anyone would enjoy. Highly recommend. We will be booking another class soon :)
