An instructor chef will show you how to prepare and knead the dough wrapping from scratch, sensationally spice the pork filling with ginger and onions, then perfectly wrap and form your dumplings. great class, very kind and helpful instructor. food was delicious. would highly recommend if you go by yourself (lots of nice people) or if you go with a date. looking forward to cooking this meal on my own again soon!

It was an amazing class. She went at a good pace and stopped when people needed clarification on anything. The instructions were delivered in a clear and concise manner and she was really engaging to everyone online. I felt like I was right there in her kitchen!
