Under the guidance of Chef Ten, you'll learn the time-honored technique of creating authentic dumplings and wontons.
Work together to make homemade wontons to simmer in a savory wonton soup with a flavorful broth and fresh vegetables. Then, learn how to fill and fold dumplings before frying them to a golden, crispy finish. Improve your communication as you whip up a sweet and spicy sauce to cover tender chicken or fresh cauliflower. Enjoy a classic General Tso dish with perfectly seasoned rice. End the class by making your own fortune cookies to enjoy with a side of ice cream. Create memories with your team, strengthen bonds and enjoy your handmade feast!

Overall, we had a great experience! It was such a fun time and we definitely learned new things. The food was delicious! The description does say BYOB and several guests brought alcohol but we were not permitted to drink it. It did take longer than expected and the set up of the space didn’t seem conducive to support the number of people watching and cooking. We would have appreciated a little more engaging instruction along the way. Still really enjoyed our time though!

Chef Ayden was great! He was very knowledgeable and helpful! The food we made was delicious and there was a great handout with the recipes. Definitely recommend this event.
