In this interactive cooking class with the talented Chef Mary, you will learn how to prepare a variety of dishes inspired by the robust, rich flavors of Chinese cuisine. Chef Mary puts her own unique spin on a few traditional dishes you will want to make time and time again. First, you will prepare pecking duck wraps accompanied by a sweet pineapple hoisin sauce to dip. Next, you will perfectly steam red snapper for an out-of-the-world entree served with a robust truffle fried rice. And finally, you will enjoy a luxurious black sesame crème brûlée.
