Even novice cooks will feel the fire of competitive cooking as they learn to craft their own delicious dips. Competitors watch intently as Chef Chris demonstrates key techniques for preparing prime guacamole. Then, your group breaks into smaller teams and tries their hand at inventing their own twist on this classic treat, using sweet and savory ingredients as they vie for top prize. A tempting DIY taco bar with all the fixings and a round of refreshing sangria await after the competition, courtesy of the chef!
All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.
