Led by seasoned Chef Lula, this Spanish-inspired cooking experience invites your group to slow down, work together and enjoy a meal made from scratch. You’ll start by tossing a colorful tomato and olive salad before building a fragrant Valencian paella with chicken, shrimp and seafood. Then, finish on a sweet note with a Spanish-inspired cobbler made with cherry pie filling, crushed pineapple and pecans. Along the way, everyone will get involved while practicing teamwork and learning new culinary skills. Spanish Tomato and Olive Salad
With heirloom cherry tomatoes, green and black olives and red onions
Valencian Paella
With chicken thighs, shrimp, clams or mussels, Spanish rice, bell peppers, onion, peas, garlic, tomatoes, white wine, saffron, paprika, bay leaf, parsley, olive oil and lemon
Spanish Cobbler
With cherry pie filling, crushed pineapple, pecans and pineapple cake mix
