Led by Chef Lula, a seasoned caterer and private chef with more than a decade of experience, this lively cooking fiesta invites your group to work together to prepare a Mexican-inspired feast. Divide and conquer as you toss together a fresh fiesta salad, fold flour tortillas around cheesy birria quesadillas filled with your choice of carne asada or chicken and finish with sweet cinnamon treats dusted with sugar. Along the way, your team will practice collaboration, learn new cooking skills and enjoy plenty of fun in the kitchen. With iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, corn, baby cucumbers, Cotija cheese and ranch dressing

With carne asada or chicken thigh, red onions, green onions, cilantro, taco seasoning, Mozzarella cheese, pepper Jack, lime, onion, sour cream and flour tortillas

We had a wonderful time with Chef Lula she was gracious accommodating and just a lot of fun. The food was amazing and we all enjoyed taking part in the preparation. We hope that she will come visit us again in the future!
