Things get crunchy in the kitchen in this taco-themed team building event from Chef Paco. Encourage your crew to come out of their shells and jump into the mix for a culinary contest that's filled with flavor! The contest gets underway with a lesson in sauteed mushrooms, made zesty with chiles and vinegar. The team will create their own traditional tortillas from scratch and fill them to the brim with protiens, vegetables, toppins and even gourmet sauces. The best tacos take top prize! Finish up with strawberry-stuffed crepes as a sweet treat for your crafty competitors to enjoy.

It was a lovely experience! I brought my mother and cousin, it was their birthday gifts, and we had a great time! It was a thoughtfully planned out dinner and I couldn't have asked for a better meal and time! Thank you so much!

Chef Paco was awesome. He is a good teacher. He is friendly and humorous. We really enjoyed the setting in his home. It was lovely. We really liked how nicely the table was set and how well the kitchen was set up for our class. We were served a salad and a dessert in addition to the food we learned to cook. Paco is a natural teacher.
