Team Building Activity: Asian Cooking Contest

Chef Harold helps your crew stir things up in the kitchen with a team building activity filled with fabulous Asian flavor. Prepare for a culinary competition where good-spirited rivalry is the main ingredient! 


Your session begins with Chef Harold demonstrating authentic techniques to get your crew in the gourmet groove. Then, your gang breaks into smaller teams to create their best takes on Asian classics, including savory glass noodle soup, crispy tempura, and two distinctly different chicken dishes, plus a dessert of tempting mochi. The team with the most flair takes the title!  


MENU


Glass Noodle Soup

With soy paste, lemon, scallions, shiitake mushrooms, togarashi and chicken


Bean Curd Tempura

With pork, soy wrap, bok choy and shiitake mushrooms


Crunchy Chicken Wings

With potato starch, garlic powder, salt and ginger dipping sauce


Japanese Curry Chicken

With jasmine rice, onions and potatoes


Sweet Potato Mochi Donuts

With rice flour, sugar, salt and chocolate ganache

Surprised my fiance with this sushi making class for his birthday and it was so much fun! Chef Harold did a great job, made it fun & taught us how to make great sushi at home. We would recommend this class to any sushi lover :)
