Cooking Class: Chef's Best Sushi Selections

Join Chef Ricky in this fun and interactive cooking class on advanced sushi-making techniques. You'll use fresh ingredients to create a variety of sushi selections. Start by preparing miso soup with dashi, tofu and seaweed. Next comes a variety of nigiri, including flame-seared Scottish salmon, yellowfin tuna with wasabi, hamachi with yuzu and toro with bluefin tuna. Get creative with a perfectly plated gunkan maki. End with a colorful dessert temari with fruit.

My wife and I have never experienced anything like this before, right from the moment of booking to the moment of getting there all of it was amazing. Chef Ricky and his wife Janet are the most welcoming people, caring and sweet. Very knowledgeable, we learned so much and had a perfect date! Super fun and unique experience, definitely recommended.
