Put that air fryer to use and start creating healthy and oil-free meals. In this in-person cooking class, Chef Parsati will teach you to create dishes from around the world using this handy piece of kitchen equipment. You'll learn how to make a savory Lebanese-style chicken breast with Mediterranean spices, chicken drumstick Tandoori with Indian spices and crispy gobi with potlatch seasoning and Mexican herbs. A cucumber and mint dip with yogurt pairs well with all of these recipes.

We had a lot of fun working with Chef Paru. We brought our daughter to the event, and Chef Paru was able to adjust the recipes so our kid could enjoy her food. Parsati is very warm and knowledgeable, having cooked her way through many countries. She has a caring and fun personality that makes you feel welcome. The setting is clean and welcoming, and the ingredients are all organic. Overall, we had a really good time!

Chef Parsati is sweet and kind welcoming us to her home. Her home is very clean and organized. Being an amateur in the kitchen, she was able to walk me through the steps for cooking without feeling too pressured. The food (Vegetarian Japanese) itself was amazing and less greasy than what we’ve had in restaurants. It was an awesome experience for our anniversary. Thank you Chef for the great food and hospitality.

“Paru” gave my friend and I a fascinating short course on the cuisine of Northern India and then we sat down to a delicious meal we had helped prepare with her guidance. We learned so many things and are well on our way to a new culinary journey in our own kitchens! Every one of the 4 dishes is a “keeper!”
