Fried chicken gets a spicy infusion of flavor in this hands-on class with Chef Aaron. You’ll learn the trade secrets for preparing Nashville hot fried chicken, made with buttermilk, cayenne and chiles, served with pickles and sandwiched between slices of white bread. Then, you’ll pick up some fiery knife skills, perfect for slicing cabbage and carrots in the classic creamy coleslaw you’ll create, dressed with apple cider vinegar and mayonnaise. Cool things down again with dessert, a personal-sized peach cobbler, topped with homemade biscuits and fresh whipped cream.
