In this eye-opening cooking class with Chef James, you'll go behind the scenes and shop for ingredients at Ferry Plaza Farmer's market before preparing a gourmet lunch. You'll learn how to choose the freshest meats, seafood and produce using seasonal options as a guide. Then, you'll use what you've shopped for to create a delicious meal in Chef James' home kitchen.
