Super fun class! The 3 hours flew by as we were trained on dough-making skills, shaping the dumpling skins, stuffing and sealing the dumplings, and finally having a little feast complete with amazing sauces and additional complementary dishes prepared fresh from Chef Edmund. He's a great teacher and it was a warm, welcoming environment. I strongly recommend!!!
