Let Chef Marc reveal the distinctive mix of flavors, textures and techniques as you prepare a selection of dishes from Spain and the Catalan region in this hands-on cooking class. 

There’s a seasonal tomato salad with burrata and kalamata olives for you to prepare, and a black cod dish with seasonal vegetables served in a hearty samfaina sauce. And because dessert is a custom no menu should overlook, celebrate your lesson with an indulgent Catalan-style caramelized custard cream.
