Cooking Class: Sweet and Savory Tuscan Cuisine

Chef Laura will teach you how to prepare a four-course Tuscan-inspired meal using fresh herbs, crunchy nuts and traditional ingredients. In this in-person cooking class, you'll begin with roasted tomato and olive crostini and a farro salad with pecorino Romano, pistachios, basil and mint. Your main course is grilled steak with aromatic rosemary and garlic. Round out this savory meal with a zesty Meyer lemon tart with a pine nut crust.
