Cooking Class: Grilling Mastery 101
You can become a pro at cooking over an open flame in this hands-on cooking class led by Chef Yapo. Add new dimensions of flavor by adding masterful grilling techniques to your repertoire. You'll create a full five-course meal, including BBQ chicken thighs and ribeye steaks, grilled with perfect crosshatching, a hallmark of a skilled grillmaster, as well as grilled asparagus and garlic bread. Then, sizzle up a grilled banana topped with fresh whipped cream for dessert.
