During this in-person cooking class, Chef Laura will teach you to prepare an impressive four-course French bistro menu using seasonal and unique ingredients such as lavender, lamb, beets, golden honey and silky goat cheese. You'll learn how to make toasted brie croutons with apricots and thyme, as well as a crisp and colorful beet salad with hazelnut vinaigrette and chèvre crumbles. Your main course is savory lavender lamb chops with garlic and honey. For dessert, you'll create a decadent Grand Marnier soufflé with apples and lemons.
