This in-person cooking class will introduce you to the elegance and aromas of seasonal French cuisine. Chef Rodney will teach you how to prepare a three-course meal using fresh ingredients and time-tested techniques. You'll begin by making a spread of smoked salmon pâté. The main course is hearty pan-seared lamb chops with creamy butternut dauphinoise potatoes. For dessert, you'll whip up a chocolate and raspberry souffle with fluffy raspberry Chantilly cream.
