Cooking Class: Discovering Argentina

Across four courses, you'll master the art of Argentinian cuisine using fresh ingredients and bold spices in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Laura. 


Chef Laura will take you on a tour of Argentina creating decadent dishes bursting with unique tastes that are authentic to the country. Explore a variety of cooking techniques while creating crispy baked beef empanadas, hearty grilled steak with chimichurri sauce and earthy sautéed rainbow Swiss chard. For dessert, you'll end dinner with a light and creamy dulce de leche mousse.

Baked Beef Empanadas 

With bell peppers, onion, chorizo, paprika and marjoram


Grilled Steak With Chimichurri Sauce 

With parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, red pepper and olive oil


Sautéed Rainbow Swiss Chard 

With olive oil and salt


Dulce de Leche Mousse 

With milk, eggs, cream, sugar and vanilla
