You'll learn to create a traditional ravioli meal with recipes that breathe new life into Italian cooking! Begin your lesson by preparing a tangy cabbage slaw flavored with apple cider vinegar. Then, create two versions of delicious ravioli, one filled with a rich ricotta and sausage and one filled with creamy brie and tender mushrooms. And for dessert, whip up a homemade pistachio ice cream.
