I really enjoyed my sushi experience with Chef Josh. He's creative, the food was fantastic and I learned so much about making my own sushi. I feel confident I can make my own basic sushi rolls at home for my friends and family.

New chef
Chef Josh is a professionally trained award-winning chef who’s garnered a number of gold and silver medals from state and nationwide culinary competitions. In addition to making regular television appearances in local cooking and teaching segments, he’s also a successful caterer, having worked concert events for several mainstream musical acts, and has served as a personal chef for celebrities and other high-profile clients.
