Chef Josh was kind and accommodating. We learned quite a bit about Thai cuisine and most importantly enjoyed the food quite a bit! The best green curry we've ever eaten!

Chef Josh was stellar. This was our favorite girls night out yet! Great food, great cooking techniques and the best company. Josh is a real gentleman, Will definitely book again for Indian food.

Josh was so wonderful! His expertise is apparent, he was an excellent host and provided such a memorable girls night! The food was incredible, and he added in the most gorgeous plating at the end to give a truly better-than-restaurant meal!

Chef Josh was great! We learned a lot of small, fine tuned skills that I myself had not otherwise known. Its a great class for people like me who knows nothing about cooking other than following recipes and people like my fiance as well who have gone to culinary school but still doesn't know it all. It was such a fun little date night, highly reccomend!

Chef Josh was an expert at sushi and an excellent teacher. We had a fantastic evening learning his techniques and secrets to delicious meals. I highly recommend this. It was fun, educational and tasty!

Josh was awesome! He showed us knife techniques and I felt very comfortable with the sushi-making process. He's a great teacher, and fun, too!
My only complaint would be the smell when we entered the brewery. It really took me off guard. We were in a room off the main bar area, and it was loud when we had the door opened, but closing the door helped with the noise and the smell.
