In this hands-on class with Chef Josh, you’ll use easy-to-learn techniques to create Thai dishes that showcase complexity and depth of flavor.

With an eye on simplicity, Chef Josh will teach to make all your take-out favorites in the comfort of your own home. Add a spicy glass noodle salad featuring pork and fresh vegetables to your recipe repertoire. Learn to make a green curry paste for gaeng kiew wan gai, a green curry chicken served with potatoes and white rice. And for a dessert that dazzles, craft sticky rice served with slices of fresh mango and topped with coconut rum sauce.

Chef Josh was kind and accommodating. We learned quite a bit about Thai cuisine and most importantly enjoyed the food quite a bit! The best green curry we've ever eaten!

Josh was so wonderful! His expertise is apparent, he was an excellent host and provided such a memorable girls night! The food was incredible, and he added in the most gorgeous plating at the end to give a truly better-than-restaurant meal!

Chef Josh was great! We learned a lot of small, fine tuned skills that I myself had not otherwise known. Its a great class for people like me who knows nothing about cooking other than following recipes and people like my fiance as well who have gone to culinary school but still doesn't know it all. It was such a fun little date night, highly reccomend!

Josh was awesome! He showed us knife techniques and I felt very comfortable with the sushi-making process. He's a great teacher, and fun, too! My only complaint would be the smell when we entered the brewery. It really took me off guard. We were in a room off the main bar area, and it was loud when we had the door opened, but closing the door helped with the noise and the smell.

This was a very enjoyable experience! Josh was very personable and engaging. He taught the methods down to our level, teaching us cooking skills we could also use at home. I’d do it again! We prepared plenty of food to practice this new skill. The end product actually turned out looking pretty darn good! The only small small down-point would be the environment. The room we were in made it challenging to always clearly hear his instructions.

Great first experience attempting sushi making. Love the instruction, made it easy to work with myself. [It] was a little loud with surroundings, so speaking up a little louder would help. Overall GREAT!!
