Cooking Class: Vegan Asian Fare

Learn to make a menu of classic Asian dishes full of flavor in this hands-on vegan cooking class with Chef Dominique. You'll be amazed by how easily Asian dishes can transform to be vegan friendly without sacrificing taste. First, you'll prepare crunchy vegetable spring rolls served with a spice peanut butter sauce. Then, you'll make spicy noodles topped with crispy tofu. For dessert you'll learn to make soft tahini cookies flavored with maple.
