Chef Federico takes you on a journey of authentic Italian cuisine crafted in his inventive contemporary style in this hands-on cooking class. Discover healthy takes on three hearty recipes that are sure to satisfy!


First, you’ll prepare zucchini stuffed with timeless Italian ingredients such as tomatoes, cheese and garlic. Then, you’ll create a delicious brown butter herb gnocchi that sure to melt in your mouth. Your lesson concludes on a lightly sweet note with a frozen mousse served with fresh strawberries.
