A pairing of perfectly authentic Spanish creations is on the menu in this virtual cooking class led by Chef Daniel. You'll learn to create a crispy, caramelized socarrat and turn it into a satisfying paella studded with fresh seafood. Then, concoct a refreshing sangria using wine, fresh fruit and cinnamon that brings the sweetness of Spain to life right in your glass!

For 1 person: 8 inch flat skillet, preferably non-stick, preferably not cast iron. Or an 8 inch paella pan.
For 2 people: 9 to 10 inch flat skillet, preferably non-stick, preferably not cast iron. Or an 8 inch paella pan.
For 4 people: 12 inch flat skillet, preferably non-stick, preferably not cast iron. Or an 8 inch paella pan.
For 5-8 people: 15 inch paella pan.

This was such a great experience and Chef Daniel made it fun and interesting. I learned so much about cooking in general with different ingredients to being out the flavor! I would definitely do another class and highly recommend this one. The food was delicious!
