Join Chef Vivian and Michi in this online cooking class to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with a fiery and flavorful feast. Under their guidance, you'll learn how to prepare all sorts of regional recipes from different Hispanic cultures around the world. Some of the dishes you can look forward to enjoying include tajadas with sweet plantains, spicy salsa de cebolla, sirloin lomo saltado and Spanish-style white rice seasoning generously with garlic and salt. It's a celebratory feast that you don't want to miss!

Chef Vivian is highly regarded and holds many hats, including a private chef, caterer and cooking class instructor. Chef Michi has mastered the art of exquisite Japanese sushi and enjoys sharing his specialty skills with others.
