During this online cooking class with Chef Logan, you'll learn how to create your own handmade spices and condiments. 


Building the fundamentals to your kitchen cabinet is essential and Chef Logan will guide you through the basics to help stock up. Some of the basics you'll learn how to create in this virtual cooking class include creamy roasted compound butter, green goddess aioli and the perfect spice blend with coriander seed, smoked paprika, fennel seed and dried thyme. Finally, you'll use these ingredients to perfect the ultimate chicken sandwich.

I have no idea how good or bad Chef Logan is. I’m sure he’s great. Unfortunately, after paying for 2 devices, we received no information about what was needed for the class. I sent messages/texts. Tried looking up the info to no avail. So, the one star is because I paid $29 X 2 for nothing. Disappointing. Try to contact someone, ANYONE, before booking this class. I’m sure it’s a great class, I just didn’t get the chance to find out.

What a fun class! I have never made sushi rolls and Chef Logan made it very easy. I recommend if you are curious and maybe a bit anxious to make sushi, take this class!!
