Online Cooking Class: Italian Slice-and-Dice

In this interactive online cooking class, experienced Chef Loreanna will teach you how to make three classic Italian dishes from scratch. To begin, you'll dice tomatoes and slice basil to make a classic bruschetta atop crusty bread. Next you'll learn how to make fettuccine noodles from scratch and serve them with a homemade creamy alfredo sauce. For dessert, you'll top puff pastry with apples to make a simple yet impressive apple crostata.
