This is a great at-home activity! There were a couple things that were mentioned during the class that would have been helpful to know before (i.e. If you can't find this you can sub with this; You can prep your ___ ahead of time). We did not prep anything and were playing a bit of catchup at the beginning of class. Would take another class but may ask more questions before!

Chef Loreanna was great at answering questions but not at showing what she was doing. She also did not make the class very fun. I have taken other cooking classes where they were more interactive.

I throughly enjoyed the class. I am on a mission to perfect my by scratch pizza making skills. This class has given me a good start in accomplishing that goal.

I loved my class with Chef Loreanna. It was great to work with her and her food is so much fun. I learned how to make a fried shrimp appetizer dip with a delicious sauce that I will be cooking up for my own guests for years to come! She is very friendly and easy to work with and her whole style is about making food approachable and delicious. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to up their skills and learn how to make cooking easier and tastier!
