I throughly enjoyed the class. I am on a mission to perfect my by scratch pizza making skills. This class has given me a good start in accomplishing that goal.

This is a great at-home activity! There were a couple things that were mentioned during the class that would have been helpful to know before (i.e. If you can't find this you can sub with this; You can prep your ___ ahead of time). We did not prep anything and were playing a bit of catchup at the beginning of class. Would take another class but may ask more questions before!
