In this interactive online cooking class with Chef Loreanna, you'll learn how to prepare two elegant surf and turf dishes as well as a dessert. She will also share professional tips for preparing meat and seafood dishes at home.
First, learn how to make a shrimp cake seasoned with tarragon and zesty lemon. Then you'll learn how to sear filet mignon to perfection as well as how to prepare a buttery béarnaise sauce to top it with. Master the art of the crème brûlée for dessert.

I loved my class with Chef Loreanna. It was great to work with her and her food is so much fun. I learned how to make a fried shrimp appetizer dip with a delicious sauce that I will be cooking up for my own guests for years to come!
