Online Cooking Class: Classic North Indian Dishes
In this hands-on online cooking class, you'll learn to prepare two classic North Indian dishes with Chef Rishika. As you cook together, you'll learn authentic Indian cooking techniques for preparing each dish. First, learn to make laccha paratha, a flaky flatbread. Then you'll whip up a pot of hariyali gravy to pair with the laccha paratha and the main dish: hariyali chicken on skewers. You'll learn how to marinate the chicken in spinach and warm spices and then cook it until juicy and crispy.

Great class; easy to follow instructions. Sometimes the chef's volume on her computer cut in and out. At those time it was hard for people to hear

Chef Rishika was entertaining and engaging, and it was a wonderful experience. There was a little confusion as the recipes stated they were for one person each but were really two. We are definitely planning on doing a class with her again
