During this live and interactive online cooking class with Chef Tracy, you will learn how to prepare a gourmet three-course meal using fresh, high-quality ingredients and time-honored Italian cooking techniques.

Some of the recipes you can look forward to mastering in your virtual cooking class include baked spaghetti squash dressed up with an Italian herb blend and a showering of Parmesan, a hearty (and heart-healthy) mushroom Bolognese, sautéed Brussels sprouts and a baked stuffed apple dessert with homemade fruit glacé. Chef Tracy was AMAZING. She answered literally 100 of my questions and was able to manage 2 kitchens doing different techniques. She stayed 1 hour late with us. she gave me many suggestions on how to tailor my food, not to mention she actually taught me how to do correct cooking techniques that I’ve done wrong for years. Learned a lot. Would highly suggest!

We took the class in January but had to reschedule a few times due to unforeseen circumstances at the time. Chef Tracy was flexible but there was a conflict on one of our dates. We rescheduled for the 3rd time and attended the dinner. It was just us two and her which was a really cool and intimate experience. We were expecting a larger cooking space and dinner area but she was able to make due with her living accommodations. The meal itself was delicious! We were even given our leftovers to take home. Chef Tracy was sweet and provided us with cooking tips throughout the night. It did take the full 3+ hours to complete the whole experience. Unique date night gift for couples looking to add some flavor to their dinner!
