Chef Rebecca brings a new dynamic to authentic Mexican cooking in this vegetarian-focused cooking class. Using fresh, wholesome ingredients, she'll help you prepare thoughtful recipes that nourish the body. First, you'll prepare a zesty mango salsa to enjoy with freshly made cassava chips. Then, you'll make tostadas topped with vegetables and a creamy poblano sauce, with Mexican cauliflower rice to enjoy on the side. For dessert, you'll whip up a creamy Mexican-inspired chocolate mousse made with avocado and chili powder.

We had so much fun with Chef Rebecca! The food that we made was really good, of course. But she created a fun environment where three different groups felt welcome and enjoyed each other's company. She created such a lovely evening - totally unexpected. I felt very fortunate to have been able to have this experience.
