Your lesson in heart-healthy goodies will kick off with decadent brownies loaded with antioxidant-rich dark chocolate. Next, you'll prepare a batch of sweet and salty cinnamon roasted nuts before moving on to a rich and heavenly chocolate mousse crafted with nutritious ingredients you can feel good about putting in your body. The most valuable thing I learned was to taste as you go making sure that the flavor is adjusted to my liking rather then trying to fix it at the end. I am taking away from this session is eating fresh doesn’t have to be complex or time consuming, Thanks for the fun.
