Your lesson in heart-healthy goodies will kick off with decadent brownies loaded with antioxidant-rich dark chocolate. Next, you'll prepare a batch of sweet and salty cinnamon roasted nuts before moving on to a rich and heavenly chocolate mousse crafted with nutritious ingredients you can feel good about putting in your body. Lastly, you'll end your smorgasbord of healthy treats with tangy key lime protein bites for a zesty finish!

The most valuable thing I learned was to taste as you go making sure that the flavor is adjusted to my liking rather then trying to fix it at the end. I am taking away from this session is eating fresh doesn’t have to be complex or time consuming, Thanks for the fun.

When Chef Rachel isn’t giving cooking demos on local TV stations or creating food content for the home shopping channel, she works as a food stylist for print marketing, cookbooks, television and packaging. She graduated at the top of her class from Le Cordon Blue and is the author of "The Pretty Plate: Making Everyday Meals Magnificent." Chef Rachel is a true culinary virtuoso who is eager to share her passion with you.
